How do I get started with SimplyDSE?
Once your organisation is set up, your HR administrator or company representative can upload staff details and send out assessment invitations. Staff can then log in and complete their assessments
Can I import staff in bulk?
Yes. HR users can upload staff data using a CSV file, making it easy to onboard teams quickly and efficiently.
How are assessment results calculated?
Each assessment is scored based on responses provided. The system automatically assigns a risk level (Low, Medium, or High) based on the question responses and score.
What happens if my company account is inactive?
If your organisation’s account is inactive, access to the platform will be temporarily restricted. Please contact your administrator or reach out to our support team for assistance.
